Include your agency name, the product you are using, the page address and a short description of the problem. If you see an error, include the message and the approximate time it appeared.
For CMS questions, include the website and language you were editing. For Partner Portal questions, include the account and the dashboard or setting you were using.
A screenshot can help explain a problem. Remove customer information first, and do not send passwords, access tokens or reset links.
